• Loss of concentration

• Feelings of anger, guilt, or relief

 

 

Living with Bereavement

 

Support Living with grief takes time. Support from friends, family, or professionals can help people process emotions and find a way forward at their own pace.

 

Research & Treatments

 

Research looks at the psychological and physical impact of bereavement, as well as effective counselling and peer support approaches.

• Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
